CricHIIT is a fast and fun combination of basic cricket skills and the hugely popular HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts. It is the perfect way for women and girls to get fit and get an introduction to cricket at the same time.
Sessions are flexible and can last anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the level of CricHIIT, which leaves plenty of time for a chat and refreshment afterwards!
