COACHING FEMALES

In this module coaches explore a variety of considerations and concepts to coach female cricketers as effectively as possible.

BUILDING CONFIDENCE IN YOUR PLAYERS

In this module coaches explore different personas of players that the may have within their team, and then explore strategies of how to best work with these players to build their confidence.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR TEAM

In this module coaches will build their understanding of the growth and maturation of players in their team and how to adapt their coaching based off what they are observing.

THE THREE P's OF LEARNING

In this module coaches will explore how profile, philosophy and practice come together to form the three P’s of coach learning.

BUILDING TEAM CULTURE

In this module coaches explore a variety of elements that can be harnessed to build and/or establish culture within a team environment.
