INJURED SHARIF REPLACED BY JARVIS IN SCOTLAND WORLD CUP SQUAD

Scotland fast bowler Safyaan Sharif has been ruled out of the remainder of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup due to a leg injury.

Sharif, Scotland's all-time leading wicket-taker, has been replaced in the 15-man playing squad by Jack Jarvis, who is currently with the team in India having been originally named as a travelling reserve.

Scotland's final match in Group C takes place against Nepal on Tuesday in Mumbai.
