WOMEN'S REGIONAL SERIES SQUADS CONFIRMED

The Eagles and Stormers squads for this year's Women's Regional Series have been confirmed.

 

The series will take place at Brechin Buccaneers CC from 12 - 15 August, with the two teams competing across T20, 40 over and 50 over fixtures.

 

The Eagles squad will be led by Scotland Women's Head Coach Craig Wallace, whilst Assistant Coach Joe Kinghorn-Gray will take charge of the Stormers.

 

Craig Wallace said: "The Regional Series is hugely important for women's Scottish cricket in general, and it's really exciting for me to see the best players in Scotland go against each other.

 

"It will be an opportunity to see how people cope with different pressures that this brings, especially going into a hugely exciting winter - it will be good for the players to have that opportunity to show who are the best players in Scotland."
