HENRY BLOFELD TO GUEST AT CRICKET DEVELOPMENT TRUST EVENT

The Cricket Development Trust is pleased to announce that former cricket commentator and journalist Henry Blofeld will speak at the Trust's autumn event in Edinburgh.

Blofeld was an integral part of the Test Match Special commentary team who broadcast between 1972 and 2017. All proceeds from the event will be used to help fund Trust activities that promote and support the education, development and well being of children and young people within Scotland through the game of cricket. The Trust raises funds in order to contribute by way of grant or loan towards the cost of relevant facilities and programmes.

The event takes place on Sunday 25 October, at the Symposium Building of the Royal College of Surgeon's Hall. Tickets are priced at £75 per head. Further details can be found on the Cricket Development Trust website, or by contacting Robbie Nellies (Treasurer) at robbienellies@cdts.org.uk
