ICC U19 MEN'S QUALIFIER SCHEDULE CONFIRMED
The ICC have confirmed the schedule for this summer's ICC U19 Men's World Cup Europe Qualifier, which will be hosted by Scotland.
Six teams will compete at three venues - Arbroath Utd CC, Forfarshire CC and Strathmore CC - for the right to play at the 2026 ICC U19 Men's World Cup in Zimbabwe and Namibia.
The Scots will face Sweden, Jersey, Guernsey, Denmark and Netherlands, playing matches at all three venues, and will be confident of progressing to their fourth successive ICC U19 Men's World Cup.

“Forfarshire, Arbroath, and Strathmore are three of our most historic and picturesque grounds, and we would encourage the Scottish cricketing public and local communities to come along and support the cricketing stars of the future.
"We are grateful to the International Cricket Council for the opportunity to host another major Pathways event and we’re looking forward to a sunny week of exciting high-quality cricket.”
Keegan Russell, Cricket Scotland's National Performance Pathway Coach and the Men's U19 Head Coach, is overseeing the squad's meticulous preparations for the Qualifier.
"We've worked hard to get a comprehensive training and fixture schedule organised leading into these qualifiers," said Keegan. "The squad went to Millfield recently which we took a lot of positives from, and there's been lots of good momentum since then.
"The regional training sessions are offering support to players in their own back yard, rather than them travelling long distances week in week out, and we've also arranged some online workshops too which have had a similar positive impact.
"We've got a challenging run of games arranged ahead of the tournament, with a lot of matches against older age groups, including against Scottish Universities and the New South Wales Emus team that will be touring here. We've then got a squad three-match series at Forfarshire from which we'll then select the final squad, and by then we'll have a good idea of how we are tracking.
"All the teams we face in the Qualifier will be quality opposition, and they'll be fighting hard for their countries. Jersey and Guernsey will have players from the English county set-up, so the standard will be really high.
"The last game against the Netherlands at Forfarshire will be a great way to conclude what's going to be a massive tournament."
