SCOTLAND BOYS AND GIRLS TRIUMPH AT ICC EUROPE FESTIVAL

Scotland's Boys and Girls Under 15s sides both tasted success at King's Taunton College last week, winning their respective ICC Europe Under 15s tournaments.
Both teams lost just one game all week, competing against age-group sides from across Europe, as well as a King's College side.
Marcus Vila struck two hundreds - 111 from 44 deliveries against Isle of Man, and 100 from 42 deliveries against Italy - as he was named Player of the Tournament.
Other notable performances from the week included Nathan Umeed takign 4-21 against Denmark, and Satvik Varunkumar striking a 56-ball 84 against the King's College side.

For the Girls side, Emily Archibald struck a 38-ball 55 as Scotland posted 207-5 against Jersey, Myra Akerkar hit an unbeaten 85 from 66 deliveries, and Libby Gairns took 4-9 with the ball in just two overs.
Next up for the Boys' Under 15s is a trip to Belfast to face Ireland in the Celtic Cup in August, whilst the Girls' side head to the BA County Cricket Festival in Durham.
