BRAD CURRIE SIGNED BY TRENT ROCKETS IN THE HUNDRED

Scotland's Brad Currie was selected by the Trent Rockets in the first ever Men's Hundred Auction, joining five of his fellow Scots who will feature in the Women's event.

Currie, who's brother Scott will feature for the Birmingham Phoenix in 2026, excelled at the Men's T20 World Cup last month, taken four wickets at 22.25, and conceding an economy rate of just 6.84.

This will be the first time Currie has featured in The Hundred, having been a regular for Sussex in the Vitality Blast over the last few years.

The left-arm seamer was the only Scot selected in today's auction, but each team will also have the opportunity to select two wildcard players ahead of the competition.

The 2026 season of The Hundred will take place from 18 July - 16 August.
