MUNSEY TON IN VAIN AS HOSTS WIN FINAL T20

George Munsey's astonishing century was not enough as Namibia won an exciting third and final T20 international by 4 wickets from the final ball of the match.

Munsey blasted 108 from 64 deliveries in an innings which included eight fours and seven sixes, becoming Scotland's all-time men's top scorer in T20 international cricket, as Scotland made an imposing 186-4 in 20 overs.

That looked a total strong enough to secure a series clean sweep, but Jan Frylinck's 78 from 53 deliveries steered the hosts close to the target, before a dramatic last over saw Dylan Leicher smash a six from Jasper Davidson's final ball to seal the win.

The Scots return home having won the series 2-1, and will soon begin preparations for next month's tour of Nepal.
