Cricket Scotland Girls and Women’s Development Manager (0.4 FTE)

Salary : £22,500 pro rata. 
1 Year Fixed Term contract in the first instance.

The Community Development Team has identified that the development of the girls and women’s game as one of the top priorities for 2009 and onwards.  As a result of increased funding from the ICC, Cricket Scotland are now recruiting a dynamic and inspirational Development Officer to drive forward this aspect of our programme.

Based within the Community Development Team, you will be the catalyst for increasing participation in the girls and women’s game at all levels of the player pathway.  In addition to increasing the number of players on the field, you will work with the Coach Development Manager to increase the number of girls and women developing as cricket leaders, coaches and officials.
